Hi -- We've had a team for 15+ years but this year some late
summer weddings are preventing 4 of our team from running. We
have all paces (7 min/mile - 11 min/mile) and are looking to

mile and 10min mile, 26 and 33. New to hood to coast, really

Howdy Portland runners
I am John 40yo I am an Oregon native living in Hawaii! I am not
sure what my 10k time is because I am chasing another running
goal but during interval workouts I am running sub 44 minute.
I am mostly looking to find a fun team am cruise Oregon for a
while and H2C is my excuse.
Please get at me I can and am willing to throw down for race
fees and van rentals what not
Also I have done H2C twice once in its entirety!
