       Howdy howdy looking for an excuse to go home to the PNW. 40 yo
       running 10k at 45 minutes give take some depending on the week.
       Did this once long time ago and once during the race but on a
       road bike and all 197 miles. I grew up in Astoria and road a
       bike over Mt Hood from a few directions a few times so I know
       how to get around.
