Looking to fill last spots on an out of town team

Our team is based primarily in the Midwest, with an average age
around 30. There are many HTC veterans along with some first
time HTC runners. Our average team pace is around 7:45/mile.
We are a laid back group and look forward to HTC as a fun race
in the schedule. If you are interested please contact me by

Hello. I am interested in running but will likely be a bit slow
for your team. My last half marathon (Nov 2023) was at 8:41
pace, but that was flat and only 13 miles, so I would be slower
for this event. But keep me in mind if you need a back up. I
am 64 and live in Iowa. I have always wanted to run Hood to
Coast!!
