My last half (Run Like Hell) finishing pace was 7:46. My
training runs are anywhere from 5 miles to 9 miles. My training
pace is closer to 8min/mile. This race will be one week before
my 47th birthday.

Hello,
I’m the Captain for one of the few teams (ULtimate Runners) that
did not win the lottery after 16 straight years but can still
participate if we fundraise $12K by or before 8/18/2014. If you
are interested in fundraising and having fun getting to know the
team through the process, we have spot a spot and gladly welcome
you to the team.
Our team is not a fast team and comprises of different age
groups so no pressure at all. We’re just out there having a
great time with the understanding that everyone will work and
run their hardest regardless and be part of the annual “Mother
of All Relays!” We hope you will feel the same if you decide to
join us.
