       Runner Down!  Fun casual team needs some help or expertise

       We are work based team (LS Networks). We are a first time as a
       team running, although we have a couple of serious runners and
       HTC veterans who are providing guidance along the way.
       Most of us are casual runners.  We are focused on fun and
       finishing. We welcome anyone of any ability that wants to join
       the fun.  The registration and van costs are all covered since
       we are a work team.
