       Local Team Looking to add a 12th person

       Hi All!
       Due to an injury, we need to replace one runner on our team.
       Vans/legs have not been decided yet, so pretty much anything is
       still up for grabs. Our injured runner is going to take an
       exchange leader spot, so we have volunteers taken care of. Cost
       is $189 for the run and we typically all go in for a volunteer
       gift.
       This is my 7th year running HTC and my 4th or 5th year
       captaining - our team consists of people that have run it before
       and a couple newbies. Our pace is all over, our fastest runner
       is about a 7 minute mile while our slowest is around 13 minute
       miles. We aren't in it to win, we are in it for the fun. If you
