Durable runner looking to go run a bit

Hi...Art here...
16 HTCs, 18 medallions. Ultra runner; pretty fun.
I like to go fast...yet don't have to
I can run pretty much any pace you need.
If just the 3 legs I can keep it in the 7's
If a runner bonks I can pick up the extra leg
I'm only as competitive as you need me to be. ;-)
If you need a runner with some experience maybe, someone
flexible and willing to hang out and actually clean up the van
afterwards--count me in. Team player. Medically trained. Did I
mention just how /fun/ I am? I crack me up.

Art, you’re perfect for us! Team from all over the country
(Chicago, Phoenix, Florida, Wisconsin & Oregon). 6 ladies in van
1, all veterans of HTC; 5 guys + you(??) in van 2. I’m the old
guy & team captain. We’ve got several pretty hot runners and at
least a couple who barely drag their asses through their legs….
But we all LOVE HTC!
We’ve got brand new Mercedes Sprinter vans this year, and a
start time at 7:55 am. No registration fee for you. Call me:

Hey Art,
We have a team of a huge mix of paces, experience, etc. and
looking overall to have fun running HTC this year! We need
someone for our 12th leg in van 2. No fees as it's so last
minute. We are in our 20s and 30s and have all other logistics
ironed out, just a last minute runner had to back out. Feel free
