Male 38 6:30 mile 10k pace

I am a 38 year old male from Utah. I have never participated in
a relay event. I haven't raced in a while but am guessing I
could presently run a 10k at or below a 6:30 minute per mile
pace. I would love to be appreciated for my speed, but I would
also like to have fun and meet new people.

We have a mostly experienced team looking for a runner as one
person just got hurt. It is for Van 1, leg 5. Folks from WA,
MN, PA and OR.
Easy going and not too competitive - some run 7 min pace and
some 10.

Hey! We are a 30s coed team, 1/2 from Oregon, 1/2 from
everywhere else. Needing someone to slot in as Runner #2 (van
1). We have a few avid runners (sub 7 pace) and some folks doing
an organized run for their very first time. It's a great mix.

If you're still looking for a team, we have a group of first
timers running with varying paces. Ages late 20s to mid 40s.
Your 630 pace would be mixed in with our best runners. Shoot me

Perfect team here for a newbie! 6 ladies in van 1, five guys (+
you??) in van 2. We’re from all over—Chicago, Phoenix, Florida,
Oregon, Wisconsin…. I’m the captain and the old guy. All
different abilities on the team, mostly HTC veterans, but at
least two brand new guys. WE LOVE THIS EVENT!!
We have gorgeous Mercedes Sprinter vans this year, and a great
