Well, if something comes up and you still need someone:
Hi,
I'm Scott. I'm 51 and have run 14 Hood to Coasts. I'd say the
last 7 have been my only event of the year. In fact, I haven't
been running much during the rest of the year. HTC has been my
Spring/Summer running motivation. I've been running mid
difficult legs at about 8.5 minute miles, though, as of this
writing, I'm at the start of my training.
My current team is taking a year off.
I'm a special education teacher at Lincoln High School, in
Portland, Oregon. I'm pretty laid back, real good at going with
the flow, eager to contribute to the team, friendly, married
with two older teenage kids.
Hey, if you need a teammate that's dependable, and you're not
too much of a competitive team, please consider me. I'd love to
run HTC again this year.

If your slot opens-I am interested in joining your team... I am
26 and running my first half marathon this weekend!!! I keep an
8:30 min mile.
My sister and my friend are also runners and are interested. My
friend and I live in Portland and my sister lives in LA.

I'm a Chicago native and a recent Portland transplant. I'd love
to run with your team! I run a 9:45-10 min pace. If you still
