I am from Pennsylvania but have lots of family in and around
Chicago. I spent my summers in Chicago as a kid. will that
       qualify me?
I run about a 8:15 to 10:00 mile, depending on the pace. I just
finished running the umstead 100 and am looking to fill a spot
on a team for Hood to Coast. Let me know what you need.

       Hello All!
I most definitely want to run the 2013 HTC and am willing to run
in any position you need filled. I have completed 8 of the 16
Ragnar Relays and plan to run at least three this year and the
remaining Ragnars next year. I run long-distance relays and
some marathons as healthy hobbies. I run a meager 9:30-9:45
pace, and can/will do hills, rough terrain and longer legs as
       needed.
Please consider my humble request to join an HTC team and know
that I am anxiously await your response. Have a great day!
       Keith (Utah resident)

       Hi all,
I live in Philly currently, but used to live in Portland, OR and
I have been wanting to do this race for many years now. It seems
that this year the timing is just right if only I could find a
team. I just finished running Broad street run - 8:08 pace for a
10mi race, but can run from 730-10min mile depending on terrain.
I would love to be part of your team

Hi, I have ran the HTC for 9years. I am a Portland Native. My
husband has always been our van 1 driver. Having a Van driver is
the way to go, especially if you are not familiar with the H2C
route. Last year I was on another out of state team from North
Dakota-the NoDak sideaches, but they had 24 runners, two teams
Red team/blue Team, so that was a lot of work for me, since I
was the only local runner on the team, We had to find 4 vans.
But we all had a blast. I would like to do leg 6 if available.
No thanks, I've done leg 5-LOL. I like Van 1, so if you need a
fun runner and a great van driver, we would love to participate
with your team. It's all in fun and good times. I run about an
       8:30 pace.

I'm a Portland resident looking for a team. Not sure if you're
looking for other Chicago based runners but I run about a 8:00
half marathon pace. Would love to run my first Hood to Coast!
Bonus that this would be a great mid training race for my
       upcoming Portland marathon.

It looks like I'm too late but I'd like to join your team if
       someone else drops out.
I was born and raised in Chicago but moved away to Silicon
Valley in 2000. I'm not the fastest runner but hold a
respectable 8:20 pace and have quite a bit of experience with
relay races (Golden Gate Relay, Lake Tahoe Relay, Big Sur
       Marathon Relay, etc).
       Cheers!
       Jim
