Team "Fox Chase West" Seeking Up to 4 Runners

East Coast based relay veterans looking for upwards of 3-4
runners to add to team - Team Name: Fox Chase West
Currently mixed team of 7 Male 2 Female with majority in 50-59
Age Group - competitive with right mix of fun.
Majority have run Reach The Beach New Hampshire every year in
September for last 10+ years.
We came in 1st Place in New Hampshire for AG in 2021!
Even so, need not be fast, we just enjoy the experience!
Extra perks to consider:
(1) Hotel rooms (shared) in Hood River night before Relay - Thu,
Aug-25 **
(2) Comfy vans procured from Seattle for plenty of space/comfort
- last row of seats to be removed in Vans for baggage space
(3) Beach House Sat night in Rockaway Beach OR (45 mins. south
of Seaside Finish Line) - Sleeps 16 - Rooftop Deck with ocean
views! **
(4) Everyone gets along great - we have great
logistics/communication and pre-planning too!
(5) Thursday tour of Columbia River area (Multnomah Falls, Vista
Point, Hood River for dinner Thu night, Fri AM breakfast) **
(6) Can provide 1-way transportation to Portland/Hood River if
in Seattle or south of Seattle on Wed, Aug-24
(7) If you are in NY/CT/NJ area, can fly along with us on Wed,
Aug-24...and back on Sun, Aug-28

Your team sounds organized, fun and zippy--so far so good.
This will be #17. Supermaster (60) Ultramarathoner, I do a
13.1mi of gravel and singletrack mountain trail route
alternating days: 2hrs +5min/-2min; 16~20 on the weekend, off
season. I'm often an insurance policy as I can cover up to 3
more legs as folks bonk. It happens. I live in the valley, south
of Ptld and will stay over at /wherever the team
collects/crashes Friday night. Hint: I need to be able to stow
the car over the weekend. I usually do the hills (#5/#6 combos).
I'm medically trained. I'm a lot of fun. /really!/
