       We added some runners and lost some runners!   Still need one
       more runner.  Fun,  mixed team.  3 women and 8 men currently.
       Ages 19-70 and paces from under 7 to 10.
       I have a large house reserved  right in Seaside for those that

       Hi I'm a just turned 60 year old female out of Salem Oregon.
       I've done Hood to Coast in 2017 and 2019. Currently I'm training
       it a 9:50 Pace but am capable of 9 ( COVID effect) I'm very
