30 M Avid Runner Looking For A Team

Hello, my name is Alex. I am 30 and have ran HTC several times.
This year I'm looking to push 7s or better for my legs. I've
been training for the Portland Marathon and am hoping for a
3:30ish. I'm not too picky on teams! Just hoping to find a good
group! I have lots of little muscle working tools I always bring
