Looking for 4 runners

We are a team of mixed masters, men and women, ages 20s to 50s,
that have been running HTC for ~10 years. We are looking for 4
fun loving people to complete our team.

Hi, 10 years experience with HTC my legs (5-17-29) , in 2019 ran
5 legs. I am 50yo female, pace for 10K 8:30 and half for 9:00.
I like challenge legs, but can run any (except first two).

My husband and I are in our early 50s. We are experienced hood
to coast runners and captains, between us we have run a total of
15 hood to coast relays. He is a sub 9-minute miler, I am a
12-minute miler. If you’re looking for speed, we may not be your
picks, but if you want experience, we’ve got tons. Let me know
if you’ve got spots Joan
I also have a few more friends interested in running this year,
so could possibly connect you with a couple more experienced HTC
runners.

Filled the team yet? Alex 30 M HTC 7s or better hopefully. I've
ran several times. Just looking for a fun and good team! I have

Hello, wondering if you’re still looking for 4 runners for your
team. All male, 27,27,27,30 are looking for a team to join this
year. We are a mix of experienced Hood to Coasters and some
first timers wanting to experience all the fun the event has to
offer. We all run between 6:30-9:00 min/ mile pace. Totally
flexible on leg positions in van 1 or van 2. Definitely out for
a good fun laid back time. Making new friends is the goal. If
