       Hi there, my husband and I are hood to coast veterans, having
       captained many teams in the past 12 years. We could possibly
       fill an entire van. We live in Salem and have a group of friends
       we regularly run with. Most of us are in our 40s and early 50s.
       Our group ranges in pace from 7-12 minute miles. Please let me
       know how many runners you would need if you are interested in
       adding our group to your team. Joan
