Runner looking for a fun (LGBT) team

Hi. 41 year old male who has been getting into running over the
last year or so. I'd guess I run 9-10 minute miles and my max so
far has been 10 miles at around 11 minutes. I plan to run a half
marathon at the end of August, so I'm training and will be ready
for H2C. I'm looking for a fun team, over a super competitive
team.

Hi Mike, if you're still looking for a team, we are still
looking for a runner to meet the minimum roster requirement for
8 by today! I am a cishet woman but LGBTQ+ supportive. I
couldn't 100% guarantee that the rest of my team feels the same
way I do because we haven't discussed it but they seem nice
enough. :)
We are a Seattle-area team, the Low and Slow and Flyers, and are
mixed gender, age, and pace. Our focus is fun and participation
