Good morning.
We are still looking for a few folks to fill out a team. Most
folks in the 50-60s. Have run many times. Some have retired
from running so we have some opening. Not anywhere near as fast
as you. Most in the ~9:00 min range.

Hi - if you are not yet on a team and still interested, I am
looking for a guy to fill an open slot. Team is late 30s/early
40s. average pace between 8:00-9:30 min/mile (although my men
are running in the 7 min range). Let me know if you are

Hi, I am the captain of a co-ed team looking for non-local to
PDX runners (so we don't trigger the volunteer requirement).
We're chill, middle-aged, varied abilities (average pace slower
than yours), just want to participate. We had a bunch of people
drop out so now we're down to 6.
We're coming from the greater Seattle area but can pick someone

Hi there! Our team is called the Kite Runners. We have 8
teammates so far, coed 2 men & 6 women, of diverse ages and
backgrounds. 6 of us have done H2C before and several of us have
done it multiple times, with a range of running experience...
some marathoners, 2 newbies, but athletic. We have great
