       2 Runners seeking team for 2020

       2 runners -
       72 yr old male, 10 to 12 min mile;
       29 yr old female, 8 min mile.
       My daughter, who has done a few 50K's and several marathons,
       will be joining the team along with me.  She runs 8 min miles or
       better.
       I will be 72 on relay day next year and will be 160 lbs at that
       time.  I was in triathlons in 1983 and 1984 , so I know I can
       get into shape to run at least a 12 minute mile.      * the
       triathlons were 1/5th the length of ironman, approx equivalent
       of a half marathon.
