Hello! My company sponsored team has had several runners drop
out recently and need at least 2 runners that are non
competitive but hopefully can run at a pace of 10:00 or under.
Current members of the team are employees of a local law firm
and/or relatives.
We will work with you on leg selection.
The cost to join would be whatever the substitution fee is, I
believe it is $20. Registration, snacks, gas, etc are paid,
you'll be responsible for any additional costs such as food not
provided and/or any lodging at the coast, etc.
Easy going personality who enjoys mingling and meeting new
people is a plus. Please post here or email me if you are
interested.

Hey! I’m available to run and I have another runner with me. We
are both younger, speedy females. My pace is somewhere around
around 7:50 and hers is around 9:45

can keep up a sub-7 minute mile. Let me know if you're still
