Hi there! Do you still need runners me (23F) and a friend (22F)
are looking to join a team! We are noncompetitive runners but
love to run and have participated in a few races! She has ran
the HTC relay once before.

Depending on the leg I will run between a 9:20 and 10 minute

I'm a 31 year old female who averages 9min pace. I have however
as runner number one going downhill paced myself at 6:30/7
minute miles. It just depends how hard i work in July between
now and then if I am added to a team.

I am also looking for a team! I'm 54, live in Colorado and have
done a similar relay here called the Wild West. Have always
wanted to do HTC. I ran a 19:17 5k this year.
I like hills so you can put me on any leg :). Really just want

State who runs a 40 minute 10k (around 6:26 pace/mile) and a sub
1:27 half.
