I am looking to join a team to participate in this year's
Hood-To-Coast. I have been wanting to do this event for a long
time now and haven't been able to piece together a team in the
small coastal town that I live in, Manzanita. I am an experience
runner, running ever since Highschool XC, and continued on
afterwards. I have 3 Marathons under my belt, ∞ number of
5k, 10k, 15k, etc distances covered. My aerobic pace is a
9'/mile, while I can easily push out a 7'/mile over shorter
distances. I am a Fitness Instructor by profession and a running
is my passion, I am also the Race Director for the Manzanita
Beach Walk & Run and would love to join a group of fellow
runners to do this awesome event.

currently. I am looking for a team as my team did not get drawn
this year. I did HTC last year and it was a blast and would love
the opportunity to do it again! I have been in training for a
marathon so I feel I would be in good condition. contact me if

with a MSFT team the previous 3 years but had to skip this year

spots. I run 7:30 min miles. I did the Northwest Passage earlier
