I am interested in the spot on your team if it's a good fit for
all of us. I'm a 37 year old female living in Seattle. I have
run Hood to Coast 4 times previously. I regularly run events
from 5k to the marathon. My pace is a bit varied depending on
the distance I am running, but for most of these legs I should
be around 9:30 - 10 minute miles. I know I'm not a good fit for
a competitive team, so if you are a competitive you'll be better
suited with a different runner. If you would like to learn more
about me or if you think I may be a good fit for your team,
please let me know, and I'd love to hear more about your team as
well.

I thought I had a commitment from some one when I got your
reply. But that person backed out.
So let’s connect via phone so you can learn more about our team
which is non competitive and always welcomes people of a variety
of run/racing experience.

Hello, i would love to join your team. I havent yet been apart
of a relay team but, my fastest mile is 6:12 and my average pace
is 8:20. 25M - college student. Most recently finished this
year’s shamrock 5k run at 25:39. Thank.

Not sure if you are still looking, but I’m an experienced relay
participant. Female, run about 9:30 mile pace, can take on long
legs or hills. Fun in the van 😉
