Seattle runner looking for a team

I'm sort of new to running. I run for fun and recently started
running races.
I'm a decently paced runner. I ran from Pioneer Square in
Seattle to Mercer Island this past Saturday. I attached a pic,
the time it shows was at the halfway point before running back.
The beginning of the run is mostly uphill with some downs
peppered which make for a fun run in the sun. That's my "pace"
and I am comfortable with that. I also run from Pioneer Square
to Lincoln Park in the West with a ~6:50 pace over ~7 miles. My
first run was a 5K at the Big Run @ Interlocken Park in Caphill
and was like 21:00 (lots of elevation gain and hills) and I
placed 3rd overall. I'm on MapMyRun and looking for people to
run with and hoping I'm not too late for a spot at Hood2Coast
2018! Happy to help out! Cheers! 8)
PS: I'll run the first or second or the first two legs or
wherever in the relay people need a runner!

Hey!
We are looking for a runner on our team, due to someone dropping
out after discovering a pretty major heart condition.. he was
told no more running until they are able to fix it. :( Let me
know if you are still looking for a team! 503-536-5602 or
angeltumbler337@frontier.com
we also have a knee injury.. BLAH! Bad day for injuries
apparently. So we have a spot in van 1 or van 2! :)
We have a mixed team and people from all over, Oregon,
Washington, Iowa, New Mexico, and Idaho! Can't wait to hear from
you!

I've got a van 1 spot (actually, 4 spots), and a place to stay
in Portland, as most of my team is from out of town. We're
30s-50s male team (so, Submasters) and run a pace a bit below
yours (averaging about 8:30). If you're still looking drop me a
note I can give you all the details.

Still looking! I have another 34 y/o male runner in Seattle
looking for a team. We are both ~40-42 minute 10k runners
looking to do our first h2c and help out. Non competitive, super
chill young men. “Young and mentally mature!”

I emailed you, but in case you didn't get it, I've got two
openings in my Van 1 for my team, men's submasters (30 year old
+), running at about a 8:30 pace over the length of the course.
We're mostly out of town so also have a place to stay in
Portland, with room for other out of town runners.
E-mail me if you're still looking.
