29 Year old Female (non competitive) Runner Looking for a Team!

Hi there! I've never done HTC but have wanted to desperately. I
just got this weekend off of work so I am hoping to join a team!
Have done half marathons, 10k's whatever. I run about a 9-10
minute mile but I'm generally non competitive. Shoot me an

Hi! We are looking for a runner for Van 1, runner 4 (that was my
spot, but I'm unfortunately unable to run this year, I'm having
to have surgery). There are 12 of us total! We're a laid back,
non-competitive team, most of us late 20's/early 30's. My pace
during training has been 9-10 min/mile, so I think you would be
