Looking for half team for van 2 - FILLED

We are looking for a half team van 2 for 2018 (if we make the
lottery of course). Prefer Portland area team. This will be
our 5th HTC and our team has been all women ages 30's to 50's.
However, now that we just need a van 2 group it can be female,
male, mixed - your choice. Average van pace 9:30.

hi, I was really sad not to get onto a team in 2017 and don't
want to miss it next year. 2016 was my first HTC and I loved it.
I was thinking about trying to rally a team myself ("Women of a
Certain Rage"), but joining another one might be equally
satisfying. I'm over 60 and probably more a 10:30 pace. What do
you think? Would i slow all you youngsters down?

Hello,
We are actually looking for an assembled half team. Six of my
teammates are not able to participate next year. Rather than
trying to piece together a van 2 I need one intact.
Collectively, they also need to run an average of 9:30 min
miles. If you are able to put a group together let me know.

A group of us from work would like to be your other half as we
are unlikely to find 12 on our own. We will be getting together
tomorrow night and will discuss this. Do you have any other
details and what you will need from us (right now and day of
event) that I can bring up with them?

Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch with me. We are a team of women of
various ages. However, if you have a mixed team that's fine.
The average van pace needs to be 9:30 or faster. The team fee
is $1,770 or $147.50 per person. I would need half the team fee
from you before I register. Registration just opened today and
the checks have to be in the mail on October 4th. I have to
leave town on Sept 28th so I would need to receive the check
before that. Then we wait to see if we are selected through the
lottery.
My questions for you:
Have you run HTC before?
Are you local?
Is your van women, men, mixed? Ages?
