       One Runner Needed for a 9 person Men's Submasters Team

       Our 9th runner emailed me last night to say he broke his wrist
       playing soccer and can no longer run.  As such, we need a body!
       We're running as a 9 man team, most of us run between 7-8:00
       pace for a half marathon.  We'd like to do well, but we're not
       overly competitive.
       If you're interested but don't want to run 4 legs, that's no
       problem - we can just assign you 3 of the 4.
