I did this last year, jumped on a random team who was in dire
need of a runner who liked to run and have a good time... ding,
ding, that's me!
36 y/o male with a 9-9:30 pace.

Hi Brandon,
Are you still looking for a team? We are in need of one more
runner on a non-competitive team filled with some really great
people. We like to cheer each other on, will silent cheer if
we're in a quiet zone, bring sparklers if/when appropriate, and
generally like to joke around and have fun. We're mostly East
Coasters and have done similar relays in NH and KY, but this is
our first HTC. If you are interested and still available,

We have a local team. Non competitive and needing runners. Van
