       Ladies wanted! 5:45-7:00 pace for competitive mixed team.

       We are Team Almost Dead Jocks, our team was full and we had a
       bout of injuries hit 3 of our ladies. We need 3 women from
       5:45/mile pace up to 7:00/mile pace. If you can run 6 even or
       faster Ill comp your entry to our team.  Most of us are 30 and
       up. Out of Utah, California and Oregon.  Right now as it stands
       we are in the Sub Mixed Masters category.  call Team Captain,
