34 y/o M runner. I ran last year and looking to run this year

I'm 34 years old, male, Portland local, and ran HtC last year
(Bourbon Legends!). I'm probably around 8:30/mile or so. I was
training for the marathon this year and realized how much fun it
was last year and now that HtC is approaching I've been itching
to join a non-competitive team. I'm a pretty laid back dude.
