       Hi! I'm Elizabeth and resident of beautiful Portland. I'm a
       consistent and competitive runner seeking a team for HTC. I'm
       currently training for my first ultra and run roughly 9min miles
       over long distances. I'm not a native Oregonian so I don't know
       many people here and would love to join your team!!

       Hello- welcome to the PNW!  Our relay team just had 3 spots open
       up.   We are a group of fun, easy going, not super competitive
       team based out of Portland.  Is HTC the only relay you're
       looking to do?
