Sent you a text reply. I'm local in Vancouver, 36, m.
I ran the HTC-WA on June 3rd, so I have some experience with
       team relays. Pace I ran was: Leg 4 = 10.02 min/mi. Leg 10 =
       9.58 min/mi.
Last half marathon was on May 29. Average pace was 11.06
       min/mi.
I run 26-28 miles per week. Long runs are 12 to 14 miles. No
problem running 8 miles, 3 days in a row. As the race draws
near I will start training with multiple runs per day. Running
is my primary hobby so I take my training serious. If you have
any team group runs leading up to the race, I would enjoy
running with the team and getting to know everyone in advance.
I have a positive attitude and can easily get along with a group
       of strangers.
I’m not the fastest out there, but I am extremely reliable and
will follow through with any team commitments I make.
