Update 5/30: week left to go and we're still looking for one
more runner. Please reach out if interested!
Hello,
We're a team of thirty-somethings looking for two more runners
to complete our HTC-Washington team on Saturday, June 3rd. Our
team is comprised of 3 girls and 2 guys with paces ranging
between 8 & 10 minute miles, so we're not looking to break any
records, but just to have some fun.
HTC-WA is a 6-runner, 2 leg (one day - no overnight) relay that
starts near Hood Canal and finishes at Seabrook.

We have a van, big Airbnb houses rented for the night before
(Friday 6/2) and the night after the race (Saturday, 6/3). We'd
love to have you join us.

I'm interested in joining. This sounds like fun and I'm all
about having adventures.
I'm a Vancouver local who is relatively new to running. Pace
during last 10k race was 9:42/mi (at the Portland Cinco de Mayo
run a few weeks back). I'm new to this but am very committed to
my training (currently running 23-26 miles a week). My first
half marathon is on May 29, so that will give me time for a few
recovery runs prior to this event.
I'm easy going and believe that life is all about having great
adventures. ..and I'm willing to chip in to cover expenses :)
