Hi! I'm Lisa. I've done the PortlandtoCoast Walk Relay last 2
years & I'm hooked, but my Team is out. My Avg Walk times last
year were: 4.2 mph (14.3 min:mi) uphill in afternoon heat & 4.6
mph (13.04 min:mi) downhill at dawn. I'm also a lot of fun!
