       If you're a boring team that likes to read books between legs,
       i'm probably not your guy.  If looking for someone who will bump
       music in and out of exchanges, encourages teammates, loves to
       have fun and will enjoy a barley pop after each leg... I'm the
       guy for the job! I'm not going to be the guy running 6:00/mile
       splits but i will be the having a good time and finishing my
       legs in less than 9:00/mile.  If you're looking for a fun runner
