       Competitive Men's Masters team needs a runner

       Hi, my name is Simon and our team needs a male runner who is at
       least 40 years of age and runs about a 7:45 10K pace or faster,
       sub 48:00. This will be our 30th year in a row running H2C. Our
       team has a guaranteed entry into H2C every year, this will
       iliminate the need to look for a team the following year in case
       your team does not make the lottery. Our start time is 1:45 pm.
       Leg 11 is open but we can work with you if you prefer another
       leg.
