What if spots not filled?

I didn't know where to post this question, but what does a team
do if they don't get the runners to fill the spots?

You need to find a replacement or the other runners need to pick
up extra runs. Currently we're a 9 person team. We're all doing
four runs.

We are currently a 9 person team as well. I guess *1 more*
won't kill us ;)
Did you plan to only have 9 runners? And how are you rotating
the legs then?

To answer your other question, no we didn't plan for this, but
we're up for the challenge if needed. I have a recruitment post
up here too.
We're a charity team so we expect any additions to contribute to
our cause to join us. On the plus side though, vip treatment at
the finish line :)
