44 year old approaching fairly fast male

Hi, I'm a 44 year old male from Portland and would like to join
a team. I did HTC last year and averaged 7:40/mile over leg 8.
I just captained a team for Cascade Lakes Relay last weekend, so
I'm pretty familiar with running relays and everything it takes
to have a team run smoothly. I'm easy going, positive, funny,
and a supportive team member.

Just lost one male runner this past weekend and need his
replacement. Your speed fits well with our team. We have great
fun with HTC and we have a bit of a competitive spirit. Can we
