29 Fairly Fast Male Looking For a Team

Hi,
I'm a 29 year old male in Seattle. I've done Hood to Coast 1x
and Ragnar 3x so I have relay experience. I'm a fairly fast
runner (3:17 Marathon, Sub 20 5k) and would like to possibly
join a team. I'm laid back so not super competitive, but I'm
just looking to have fun and run some legs. Feel free to email

Ian,
We have a fun team with some strong runners, and out for a good
time. Many of us have done HTC before. Currently we are a few
runners down and so if interested in picking up an extra leg (or
two) the opportunity would be there, but not required.

divisional winners last year and were still
