32 and 35 Males Looking for a team! both about 6:30 pace

2 people, my brother and I both looking for a team, preference
together, but more interested in just getting out there, so if
it takes 2 teams or different vans, so be it.
serious stuff:
17 years of running and racing, 6 year veteran of River 2 River
relay in IL. I've been a part of teams that have placed, and
teams that have struggled to finish, and both are just as fun,
if different. I've been stalking this race for years, it's time
to knock it off my list. training for a 6:00/mi., but
realistically looking at 6:20-6:50 pace for a course like this.
other:
I'm extremely supportive of teammates, and keep my attitude
light (good beer always helps). I don't care whether you run 15
minute miles or 5 minute miles, if you're willing to torture
yourself doing something like this, you deserve all the cheering
and support you can get! My limit might be costumes; I'm
probably not interested in running in full costume, but if it's
the difference between finding a team and not, beggars can't be
choosers!
My brother is very similar pace and attitude, except he runs
like a duck, fairly amusing to watch, but it works quite well
for him.

Hi! My team of 8 is looking for more runners - maybe you and
your bro can join us.
We're casual runners, fun, in our 30s, co-ed, and coming in from
all over the country.
We're a fundraising team - so there is no registration fee for
you (other than a $20 late reg fee). We're raising money, but
we know how late in the game it is for any one to start that so
we'd welcome it if you wanted to, but no obligation to do so.

We are looking for 2 more dudes to complete our team. It's a
co-ed team and we've finished as high as 4th place overall in
this race a couple years back. We took last year off and this
year are really just looking to have some fun. Looks like your
guys' times are pretty comparable to the rest of the guys on the
team. Ping me if interested and we can talk some more.
