       PDX 31y/o Female Runner Looking for Team

       Hello - I am based in Portland and looking for a HTC team to run
       with. I run approx 50 miles/mo at about 8:30-9:00 per mile. In
       addition, I lift and do various circuit/interval training at
       least 4 days/week. I'm also a great team cheerleader! I've done
       two Epic Relays (Portland to Eugene, 200 miles), including being
       the captain last year. Perk: I work for a brewery and can supply
       both vans with all the cold beverages we need! Please get in

       hi there! we have a spot on our team -- we're all in our 20s or
       early 30s and would love to have you join us! we have a couple
       of fast runners (sub 8) but most are around 9-9:30/min miles.
