       I run on the road 9:30-10.  generally a trail runner/cyclist
       these days. Never done HTC but have had many friends who have
       done it-I lived many years in Spokane.  currently living in the
       Bay area.  my husband is running HTC on a competitive old man's
       team so I may be up there anyway.  looking for a fun experience!
