First time HTC looking for a team

Hi everyone!
I'm a 30 year old female who is looking to run my first HTC. I
play roller derby and just got into running. I am currently
increasing my training and starting to get serious, with lots of
help from one of my best friends who is a ultra runner so I feel
like I'm in good hands. I am looking for a team that is open to
a new member!
Looking forward to hearing from you, and answering any questions

What are your thoughts on joining a fundraising team? We
currently have 10 committed runners and have raised just under
$4,000 of the required $10,000. We are asking each committed
runner to raise $800. Our current fundraising effort is a NCAA
March Madness square pool. As a charity team we are entitled to
the following perks.
Finish line VIP tent with free food and beverage
Exchange #18 refuel station for runners
Exemption from providing volunteers
Guaranteed to reach the beach party before 5 p.m. Saturday
Exclusive opportunities to win incentive prizes throughout the
year
