       I can do 7:15 M/M in a 5K.
Have done H2C many times and on competitive teams through the
       years.
Including Dead Jocks and Almost Dead Jocks.
Let me know if you are interested.
       Thanks, Larry A.

I too can get well under 6 minutes for one mile on a track or
       road.
Will pay all entrance fees etc. Not looking for a free race.
The 7:15 pace mentioned above is at 5000' elevation on a hilly
       course.
Last year I averaged 6:38 per mile on leg 32.

       Hi there,
       I'm 50 and ran a 5:46 mile on my 50th b-day in February. I can
commit to 6:00 - 7:30 per mile in the HTC depending on the leg.
I could probably average 6:40 over 3 flat legs (which I know
       don't exist!).
I've run the HTC 12 times in the past, including a few as
captain so I know the drill. I'd enjoy being on a competitive
but fun team for the first time in a while.
Let me know if you're interested.

Sounds like you have some good choices but, if you still have
space, I'm 62, 13 times HTC, last marathon Vancouver BC May this
year 3:27:00 (4th in age group). I should be a bit faster than
that now - training for the Chicago Marathon.
Best of luck on your repeat victory!

I thought I had responded to this thread, but it looks like it
may have not gone through. That alone may prove I'm over 50.
To add to your options, I just finished up the 100 on 100 leg 4
this weekend at 7:10 overall and flat middle leg at 6:44s. Ive
done HTC multiple times including MoJo and Dead Jocks, and
previous founder of Dixie's Midnight Runners. I'll be out west
that week if you still need a runner.
       Regards, John
