Guild Information and Requirements

---------------------------------------------------------
What we require of our raiders:
- Come to raid prepared, IE: flasks, food and potions.
- Study the current and future progression fights, including
both the videos and written strategy on our forums as well as
personal research
- Treat people inside of the guild and outside with respect, we
are all assholes but keep your interactions with players outside
of the guild polite
- Be respectful of the time people are dedicating to raids
- Be able to adapt quickly to changes in strategies or mistakes
made during encounters
- Bring a positive attitude and be able to take constructive
criticism, as well as give your own if needed
- Ability to communicate is a must, having a working microphone
is a requirement
- Lastly the motivation to constantly get better and push
yourself, study logs try to improve your performance and raid
contribution
Trial Process
Our trial process lasts for 2 raid weeks, with the possibility
of a 2 week extension added on as needed. During this time you
will be brought in on whatever content we deem appropriate so
that we can evaluate your play and see how you fit in with the
guild. If you are doing very well in raid and are a good fit at
the end of the 2 weeks you will be promoted to a raider
position, if however we feel there are areas you need to work on
you will be given the appropriate feedback and a 2 week
extension for us to see if you adapt to what we need you to.
During the trial process you will be able to receive loot but
will not necessarily take a higher priority over current
raiders.
Our Loot System
The loot system that we use is a rather standard loot council
setup. There are 5 members of the loot council, 3 officers and 2
spots that will change out weekly from our pool of raider rank
members which will be selected at random at the start of the
raid week. This allows us to make sure there is transparency in
our decisions and make sure all of our raiders have a fair say.
Loot council will consider many factors in making decisions
including current progression needs, attendance, performance,
attitude, and previously received items.
BoE Policy
The way we handle BoE items in raid is rather simple, if you get
a BoE drop that you can and will use then it is yours to equip.
If however it is not an item you are going to use then it is
going to be rolled off to other raiders in the guild. Provided
that no raider within the guild needs the item it will be sold
to help fund the guild bank.
