       How to apply.

       Our Application process is broken down into 3 major parts, a
       written application here on our website, after the written
       application if we feel you have potential as a member of Highly
       Successful we will offer you an interview on Teamspeak, and
       finally there will be an in guild trial period.
       Written Application
       Before filling out an application, we ask that you take a moment
       and read through our guild information and policies listed on
       the forums, this will let you know what we expect from our
       raiding members and will also give you information on how our
       loot system works and the addons we require.
       After you have read through our posted information you can fill
       out an application by clicking the "Apply to Guild" link under
       Membership on the right site of the website.
       Please take your time and give us the best responses you can to
       what we have asked, this is likely the first impression we will
       have of you as a person and as a potential raider.
       Once you have filled out and submitted your application, it will
       be placed into a forum section on our website for officers and
       raiders to look through. During this time we will allow our
       current raiders to look over your logs and responses and if
       necessary ask you questions.
       After we have had time to look through your application
       thoroughly and ask any questions that we feel are important we
       will set up a teamspeak interview.
       Teamspeak Interview
       Our interviews are not professional affairs, our main goal is
       talk with you, ask questions, joke around, get a gauge of your
       personality and playstyle and see if you will be a good fit for
       our raid environment.
       If it goes well, we will offer you an opportunity to join us as
       a trial raider.
       In Guild Trial
       The final part of our recruitment process is your trial raider
       period. During this time we expect you to behave like a fulltime
       raider.  During this time we will be bringing you in for the
       content that we feel comfortable for.  During your trial we will
       evaluate your performance in raids with the guild, offer
       suggestions and criticism as needed.  If after your 2 to 3 week
       trial period we feel you are a good addition to our team we will
       promote you to raider rank.
