I just want to point out before I start that I am french
canadian so if this application contain some grammar mistakes it
is not because I'm dumb :). You don't need to worry, I have
allready raid lead and I'm comfortable speaking in english.

I have 2 problems here. Our logs are currently private so I'm
going to send a screenshot (Sorry :(), since I was the third
tank of the guild and one of our tank just left I have been
tanking for the last 2 weeks so my ret log are not super
recent...

What is your experience/confidence in playing alts and/or
offspecs in a mythic raid environment?:
Well I was the third tank and the violent wind tank during
Mythic Spider Boss. Right now, I am main tanking for mythic EN
so I am comfortable but I am applying as a ret paladin.
Please provide us with a screenshot of your UI in raid combat
(LFR is Fine) and please tell us the addons that you use.:

I am using DBM, GTFO and EPGPLootmaster (since I am part of the
loot council) during raid
What external websites do you use to stay up to date with your
class mechanics and theorycrafting?:
Ret discord channel for build and talent. I am also using
askmrrobot for sims and the good old target dummy for the 7.1.5
change to stat

If you are currently in a guild, why are you looking to leave?:
Well since Not Ready For Raiding split we have try to progress
as a guild but due to people not showing up anymore and people
starting to leave, I don't feel like we are going to be a good
enough guild anymore. I consider myself to be one of the best
raider in this semi-hardcore guild and I think I'm ready to take
the next step to be in a hardcore guild like yours.
Why are you looking to join Highly Successful?:
Well I really like progression, there is nothing more fun than
to kill a boss you have been working on for weeks. Right now, as
an officer of my guild, I feel like I'm dealing with drama and
attendance problem right now and not actual progression. I
really tired of those problem and I just want to kill bosses. I
feel like this guild really fit me in term of progression level
and environment.
What can you offer Highly Successful if accepted as a raider?:
Well, I think I am a really good team player. I always try to
get a kill on the boss and I will use everything I have to do
so. If the fight doesn稚 required a clutch dps check, I知 always
trying to help the team even if that make me lose dps. (I知 not
a dps jerk) Like on Cenarius, I知 always the one going to clear
branch if my bubble is up. I知 always using freedom on mythic
Dragon if the guy is root, I知 always Bop the tank on Odyn. I
really bring a lot of utility to the team and willing to do
everything I can to help them. Also, ret is in a decent place in
term of dps right now so it doesn稚 cost too much in a dps
perspective to bring all that utility. Also, I知 always one of
the last to die during encounters (I have a really good raid
awareness). Of course, during hard dps check fight, I'm always
pushing myself to be the very best. If my dps is not good
enough, I will always look up to improve myself.
Is there anything else you would like us to know?:
When I join NRFR during HFC it was pretty much my first
experience in a mythic raiding team environment. During the time
of only one tier I became pretty much one of the most important
dps of this guild (I was doing all the responsability thing like
runes on Kormrok, eye on Kilrogg, Spirit killing on Gorefiend)
to the point of becoming one of their officer. I really feel
like I could became I really good asset to you guys. You just
have to give me a chance to show it to you like they did back
then :)
