I played years ago during WOTLK. Came back for Legion with some
friends and began raiding for fun. Didn't know logs were a thing
and never logged fights, however there are some of my DK here:

I don't know how to log fights and never bothered as my guild
was casual. I can begin now and hopefully get some logs for this
weeks reset and update you if that's preferable.
What is your experience/confidence in playing alts and/or
offspecs in a mythic raid environment?:
Playing alts is fine with me, although I prefer my main. If
needed for progression I have no problem playing an alt, but the
dps and gear is lower on it. If the raid needs it, it's okay
with me.
Please provide us with a screenshot of your UI in raid combat
(LFR is Fine) and please tell us the addons that you use.:

Could use some cleaning up.
DBM, TSM, Weakauras 2, ELVUI, KUINameplates, Details!, GTFO, a
few other random addons.
What external websites do you use to stay up to date with your
class mechanics and theorycrafting?:
I frequent the DK and Shaman Discords. The DK one much more,
where I speak to people who run many sims and test out different
builds far more than I do. I've learned Frost as a whole there
as well as what Blood wants for it stats mainly and how to
handle certain fights in EN.
Please list your previous raiding guilds:
Just a small casual raiding guild with friends, didn't even
touch Mythic content this expansion.
If you are currently in a guild, why are you looking to leave?:
They aren't as serious of a raiding guild as I like, despite
being my friends. I want to progress through more content and
actually play "hard mode". I've yet to do any Mythic EN and want
to move into it, learning and hopefully helping with progression
for the guild.
Why are you looking to join Highly Successful?:
Honestly, I went through Wowprogress and looked at the top
guilds and whether they were recruiting or not. HS has raid
times that are convenient for me as well as looking the most
organized on the recruiting page on the site.
What can you offer Highly Successful if accepted as a raider?:
Patience, another perspective on fights, some humor, and
hopefully some sick dps.

Don't really know what else to say, but thanks for your time.

it whenever I can.
Just would like to add that I've tanked in my guild thus far and
have tanked 7/7 EN Heroic, however I feel like tanking is far
more pressure in Mythic and would be fine playing DPS. If you
need a tank though, we can try me out as a tank. I feel Blood is
weak on certain fights, though, and better on others. Examples:
Helpful on Il'gynoth for bringing adds to eye and weak on
Cenarius as we don't have great mitigation for spears.

EDIT: I've added Chiv in game but am not sure what his battlenet
name is, whispered last night while they were in EN. Just gonna
