Absolutely, ready with flasks, food, potions and RUNES! I
absolutely pride myself on my raid attendance and reliability.

First log has a Mythic run with some progression attempts on
Ursoc; second fight was my former guilds first downing of Ursoc
and the wipes leading up to it, I was a dum dum and died early
on M Nythendra
What is your experience/confidence in playing alts and/or
offspecs in a mythic raid environment?:
I'm highly confident and capable playing Elemental in a Mythic
Raid environment. I started Legion as Elemental excited to
finally play my shaman again (played warlock in WoD), but after
seeing my fellow enhancement shamans wrecking face and seeing
Elemental in a very bad place, I decided to switch to
enhancement in order to assist with raid progression.
As for healing...EEK! I did a LOT of healing in previous xpacs
on my Paladin, and some on the Shaman in previous xpacs,
now.....I mean....let's just focus on DPS! :D

DBM (I know I know...I should use the "OTHER ONE", but I love
running away like a little girl! Although I don't see my
timers...probably because I wasn't fighting a boss, OOPS, I
swear I have timers though! I'm used to being the one calling
out stuff for raid.)
Weakauras2 (MUST HAVE for class and dungeon helping codes)

What external websites do you use to stay up to date with your
class mechanics and theorycrafting?:
I've followed Furty for a long time as he's' been a very capable
shaman, so his Youtube guides and recently his Icy-Veins guides,
I also follow him on Twitter/Twitch. For gear I rely on
AskMrRobot, yes I pay for the subscription for the extra's,
they're helpful, and it's not much dinero. I also PEEK at Noxxic
just to see what they're saying, I know...take their info with a
grain of salt!
If needed or seeing that I'm WAY off on fights compared to other
Shamans I dig into Warcraftlogs, look at my spec specifically
and see how other Enh Shams are talented, what trinks, what
legies, etc and take a look at buff uptimes and my buff uptimes
etc. Sometimes after a Raid if I feel I wasn't performing I'll
geek out on stuff to figure out what tweaks I need to make or if
I'm missing something entirely!
Please list your previous raiding guilds:
Last 2 primary raiding guilds are:
Third Shift (Kil'jaeden) and Dark Lotus (Ner'zhul), it was the
same guild, we decided to move from Ner'zhul to Kil'jaeden due
to server population, their raid times were very less than ideal
for a LOT, more population ='d more applicants and raider pools.
Third Shift/Dark Lotus was STRONG in Cata and MoP but a bit
shakey in WoD due to inconsistent raiders, key core
officers/guild leaders leaving, etc
The guild before that was Grey Goose. Loved this guild, still
love the people, however we scattered to the wind when
officers/core/GL had no time for the game again. This was a
community, we'd meet once a year in April and we'd meet up at
Blizzcon as well. I still do to this day, great group of peeps,
even have a Marriage come out of this guild (not me!
Psshh.....that's just crazy!)
If you are currently in a guild, why are you looking to leave?:
Since I'm not currently in a guild I'll talk about why I left
Third Shift. Quite honestly MOST of it was Raid times, it was
10pm - 2AM Fri and Sat (Before Legion it was 11pm - 3AM), which
WORKED for me at first but as time wore on, it wore on me. I'm a
M-Fri manager working 8am to 5pm. While it was nice to raid when
the fam was asleep, the next morning if the lady worked I was
doomed with a 1+ yr old waking up at 7 am...she deserves a much
more energized daddy!
Small note, the attitude was getting really sour in guild, some
questionable and frustrating ways of handling things occurred,
and some core officers, raid leaders, and people I thoroughly
enjoyed left. Now was as good as time as any to seek better
times and an awesome atmosphere!
Why are you looking to join Highly Successful?:
You guys love your open ended questions, and I'll be happy to
answer them! Let's start with how I found you. Honestly I went
from server to server looking for guilds around where I left
off. I've got 4/7 En M experience, and in progression on Ilg got
to 20% before 2nd Eye Phase...SO CLOSE...maybe...we didn't see
the tentacles in 2nd eye phase yet and their impact. You guys
were pretty consistent with recruiting so were near the top.
After reading your message, coming to your guild website I liked
what I saw, I liked your requirements as they should be
requirements of all guilds.
The long and short of it is, you're close to my current
progression, and I'm looking to assist with further progression
and being a guild on the cutting edge OF progression. I don't
want to be carried, and I feel I could be an asset to this
guild.
What can you offer Highly Successful if accepted as a raider?:
You get from me a reliable raider that learns from his mistakes
and always comes prepared. I'm absolutely open to feedback and
know I could do better since currently I'm not parsing world #1
parses and if someone has a suggestion I'm more than open to it.
Also I understand sometimes classes and their feasibility on
fights isn't as ideal as other classes, and sitting can happen,
know I'm not one to whine or complain or spam an officer cuz I'm
sat. Guild progression is always priority, whether I'm in the
fight or not and disrupting or distracting a person trying to do
a progression fight is asinine!
Also I'm not a "come out of the woods when something is on farm"
type of raider. I thrive and enjoy progression nights. You can
count on me being there, ready to down a new boss, after
watching multiple video's from multiple PoV's and reading up on
them with whatever information may be available.
Is there anything else you would like us to know?:
I'm looking forward to be challenged and enjoying new raid
content! I have experience since Vanilla with most raids
(Judgeavenger my Paladin having MOST of those achieves). I
appreciate your consideration and hope to hear from someone
soon!

Hello to the powers that be.
I'm still very interested in changing servers AND factions to
join this guild. The activity on the forums and engagement this
guild seems to have is very encouraging and hard to find lately.
Here's some data from last night showing M Ursoc and M Dragons
of Nightmare, showing you that I'm capable of toggling between
enhancement and Elemental, while my gear and artifact weapon is
more powerful on Enhancement, I have 870 ilvl for Elemental as
it was the spec I started Legion as.

I am by no way BRAGGING about anything, my parses are dreadfully
lower than I would want and I certainly have work to do and
maybe a DPS Legiondary would be nice! I can and will improve on
my DPS though and I will continue to be solid at Raid Mechanics.
The first thing I did this morning (at work) was watch one of
the top parses (not less than 1 minute parses, those are garbage
albeit fun to watch) to see what they were doing. Where they
were standing, what were they casting, etc.
Side note the guild I'm temporarily running with in the logs
downed Dragons for the first time last night, no I wasn't the
reason but I do believe I was a big help as I had downed it
previously and was very vocal calling out key components, even
though it was my first raid with them...
SO...when do I get to talk to someone so I can convince you I'm
a perfect fit for this guild? :)
Also...when I find a home I stick with it, I realized that it
might sound like I'm a "guild hopper", quite the contrary...I've
been in 2 "Home Guilds" over the last 6+ years...right now I'm
just in a transition phase and due to my love of raiding wanting
to continue doing that day over day/week over week until I find
a "home".
