What is your experience/confidence in playing alts and/or
offspecs in a mythic raid environment?:
I started out as a Havoc Demon Hunter and the last guild I was
in had too many Demon Hunters for the mythic raid, so I
volunteered to level a hunter, as we did not have any in the
guild. I've mained tank, healer, mDPS, and rDPS in WoW and
various other MMORPGs.
For me, it doesn't matter what class or role I play. I've played
every class, and most specs, in a raiding environment. I am
always willing to make a change better the raid. My hunter has
only been gearing for 2 weeks and I had no problem getting 7/7H
with a fresh toon. Even though I had a lack of gear and artifact
power in my weapon, the way I see it is, the first guild to down
mythic was able to down Xavius with no gear, so I don't ever see
gear as a limitation.
Please provide us with a screenshot of your UI in raid combat
(LFR is Fine) and please tell us the addons that you use.:

What external websites do you use to stay up to date with your
class mechanics and theorycrafting?:
Mr Robot mostly, I use Icy veins and YouTube a bit, but I gauge
information there with my own judgement. I stay away from Noxxic
and Class Discord Servers, because those usually cause more harm
than they do good.
Please list your previous raiding guilds:
The Endless Night - They recruited me in a M+ because they liked
how much damage my DH could do. The guild had it's set of drama
however, and within the first week, it fell apart.
Elysian - I joined this guild because some of the members of The
Endless Night helped form that new guild. There I was one of the
highest dps, and the only DH that didn't die every fight. We
lacked ranged so I rerolled MM hunter for the guild. I was able
to help the newer players progress through the Heroic raid so we
could start on the Mythic raid. My demon hunter raided for 3
weeks, and since I didn't even need loot the whole tim I was
there, I still wanted to progress the guild. They were able to
help gear my hunter in a normal and the heroic raid and I got
her ready for the Mythic raid within the 2 weeks.
If you are currently in a guild, why are you looking to leave?:
I just left Elysian because it was a fairly childish guild.
People would argue about parces and mechanics in Mythic, and
people got kicked and left. The guild lost most of its core
raiders in a week's time, I don't know any of the drama details,
so I decided that I wanted find a guild that is a lot more
mature and at least 1/7 in the mythic raid.
Why are you looking to join Highly Successful?:
I just asked in trade, "Are there any Mythic guilds that are
recruiting?" and the only response I got was a member of this
guild. He/she gave me some information about the guild and the
recruiting process, and directed me here. I read about through
the guild information, and even though you guys are more
progressed that I was aiming for, I decided to post an
application. Who would have though it was that simple?
What can you offer Highly Successful if accepted as a raider?:
Commitment. I've committed to my past guild, farming herbs for
raiders, help people run through Mythic/Mythic+, and the peace
of mind of making everyone's life a little easier in a raid.
Currently, I'm a little behind on gear and artifact power. But
I'm more geared the guild that first downed Mythic Xavius at the
time, so that's never an issue.
Is there anything else you would like us to know?:
I changed my main from a Demon Hunter to a Marksman hunter. If
you decide that you don't need my hunter, or because I lack the
parses to make an assessment, I am also willing to trial as a
Demon Hunter, if that's something that's more suitable for the
raid.
