I found this and I dont know what it means but maybe it means
what I hope. I think Ray speaks enough LOL+internet puker to
tell us what it means.

I'll try my hand at this...
5vs5 is mod that you install to LoL that allows you to create
games with more than 1 champion (e.g., 5 lux, 5 draven, etc).
Looks like that post is saying that nobody has been banned for
this mod (yet) and it is unlikely that they will in the future.
The mod creates a game type.

it seems they are going to fix this, as in break it, so no more
fun timez, Riot sometimes doesn't give a crap about the players,
but they will spend the money on the illusion of it

The idea is to goof off in a custom of sorts that allows 5v5 all
of the same champ or w/e combo you want.
The downside is client side modding.
The upside is hilarity as 10 volibears flip each other
